Gomes Pereira 35\/35B, 1500-328, Lisbon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A client is a natural or legal person who expresses the desire to buy our services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Park &amp; Siga is car parking and valet services provider and operates under a booking system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any Park &amp; Siga service purchased by a client is referred to as a booking<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All available services are mentioned on our website<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/park-siga.pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">park-siga.pt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under \u201cOur services\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Our Responsibility<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to any reservation booked through our website<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/park-siga.pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">park-siga.pt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When our services are booked on other platforms or websites, the present Terms &amp; Conditions do not apply. All reservations booked on other platforms fall under their own Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gestfleet is responsible for any damage or loss which occurs as a result of negligent management or behaviour from our part. Any complaints about our car parking services must be sent directly to us.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Bookings<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booking via our website,<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/park-siga.pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">park-siga.pt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, are finalised upon the issuing of the booking reference number. Terms &amp; Conditions apply once the booking referente number has been issued.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings via phone are finalised upon booking confirmation by a member of our staff. All Terms &amp; Conditions apply upon booking confirmation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All services are restricted to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Park &amp; Siga reserves the right to deny a booking and is not responsible for any loss or damage \u00a0that occurs as result.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon booking, clients must provide a valid email and, if possible, a phone number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients must read the booking confirmation email before taking the vehicle to the car park.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Park &amp; Siga is not responsible for any extra expenses occurring as a result of an invalid client\u2019s email and\/or phone number or as a result of a client\u2019s failure to read the confirmation email.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is advisable, but no mandatory, that all clients print and carry their confirmation email to the car park.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client\u2019s information may be use by Park &amp; Siga for the following purposes: (a) Book the reservation; (b) payment arrangements; (c) profile analysis and creation regarding parking preferences; (d) provide relevant information on campaigns and sales. With the client\u2019s permission, Park &amp; Siga reserves the right to contact and keep the client informed via any of the following methods: email, mail, phone calls and messages<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Payment<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All services must be payed at the car park upon vehicle delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should you wish to make changes to your booking, such as extend the service period, you must inform the company in advance and make the due payment via debit\/credit car or bank transfers. We do not accept checks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A booking is only valid upon payment of the booked period.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices are set in Euro currency and include all mandatory taxes legal in Portugal. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Cancelation policy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All bookings may be cancelled with 24h hours notice with no extra costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to cancel a booking, you may do so by sending an email to reservas@park-siga.pt or calling the selected car park. You must inform us of yous reservation number and any client data required to confirm identity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelations are effective when our customer care staff issues a written confirmation of the cancelation. All cancelations are processed and approved during working hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you fail to deliver your vehicle at the nominated car park and set time\/date without notifying the company, the booking must be paid in full.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish for a reduction in the number of days of your booking you request a change 24h in advance without any extra costs. Bookings changed within less than 24h of the checkin date and time must be paid in full.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bank commissions\/fees will not be refunded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> Amend your booking<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to amend your booking you can do so by emailing or telephoning us. Amendments are not charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> Service Provider\u2019s Terms of Service<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of overstay, you\u2019ll be charged the daily fee for every extra day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These conditions regulate all bookings and are compliant with the Service Provider\u2019s Terms of Service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle\u2019s owner is responsible for its parking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of the vehicle or of any belongings inside the vehicle while it\u2019s parked in our facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon checkin, we will check your vehicle and take not of any scratch marks or damage. You will be handed a copy of the document containing this information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ll be liable for any damage or loss if proven to be caused by neglect.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> \u00a0Complaints<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like to make a claim against us you must write to us via email (cliente@park-siga.pt) or via telephone (+351 21 901 60 66) during working hours (Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b> Email Marketing<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may email you our latest offers if we find them relevant to you. If you wish stop receiving our emails you can always press the Unsubscribe button that appears on every email or sent us a cancelation request to cliente@park-siga.pt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b> Other Information<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will send you one SMS confirming your booking.
